El título del artículo es  "Are Selection Decisions Biased? The effect of Country, Norm Acceptance, and Candidate Sex"  escrito por Fernanda García, Sebastián Steizel y Esperanza Huerta será presentado en el track International Management.
Este es el abstract del artículo:

We examined the direct effect of country of origin, drawing from two countries with different scores on collectivism, as well as the direct effect of collectivism at the individual level of analysis in predicting candidate evaluation.  We also studied the interaction effect of country of origin (Argentina and United States), norm acceptance (a sub-dimension of psychological collectivism), and the sex of the candidate on candidate evaluations.  Participants from the two countries responded to an experimental task in which they had to select a team member to participate in a simulation.  Results revealed that: a) norm acceptance was positively related to candidate evaluations, b) candidate evaluations were higher in the United States than in Argentina, and c) norm acceptance interacted with country of origin such that evaluations were higher for participants from the United States particularly when norm acceptance was high.  However, the interaction of candidate sex, norm acceptance, and country did not predict candidate evaluations.  Results imply that the relationship between collectivism and candidate evaluation is different at different levels of analysis and that multinational corporations may be prone to preferential selection when staffing employees across countries.
